The Dyani Carnelian & Amber Necklace

One of Cleopatra's favorites, Carnelian is a confidence booster. Its warmth is decorated with intricate white bands, which make the beads undulate in the sunlight. The combination of carnelian, amber, and chrysoprase in this piece is a total joy-bringer, the opaque, mint green chrysoprase accenting the strand of glowing goodness like pieces of candy. Large amber nuggets trap sunlight within them and provide a true richness to the piece. One of my favorite designs so far!

All of the materials used in this handcrafted, one-of-a-kind piece are genuine and high-quality. The gold will not tarnish, and most importantly, the minerals are real and from the earth. They are special and the reason this piece exists: to celebrate the intersection of nature and design.

Stones
Carnelian is a form of chalcedony that is layered over millions of years, creating those intricate banded designs you'll see in each bead. Iron oxide is what gives carnelian its beautiful peachy-amber color. In meditation, carnelian is used for self-confidence and self-love. Chrysoprase forms through silica deposits in nickel-rich occurrences, creating beautiful mint green hues. It's a powerful meditation stone, used to calm anxiety and manifest happiness, joy, and optimistic visions for the future. Amber is fossilized tree resin from a very special tree, named Pinus succinifera. The most famous and prized versions of amber have little ancient beings trapped inside, while beaded jewelry artisans tend to go for the translucent, golden sap-looking nuggets. Amber is used in meditation for clarity of thought, purpose, and vision.

• Take off before showering, swimming, and sleeping, to preserve the life of the pieces
• Store in a soft cloth bag in a jewelry box
• Clean gently with a soft jewelry cloth 1-2x per year or more, depending on how often they are worn
