Stones
Only found one place in the world - the Dominican Republic - Larimar is a highly sought-after stone, for its glowing sky-blue hue. Also known as the Dolphin Stone, it was first understood that Larimar washed up on the shores from formations in the ocean. We now understand that the stone is formed in the mountains of Barahona. Larimar is used in meditation for overcoming fear, unconditional love, and connection with others.

Rhodochrosite is the state mineral of Colorado! One of my Favorites, this beautiful light pink stone is dressed in swirling white clouds. Rhodochrosite is found in two different forms - the massive white and pink banded kind we typically think of, and a crystalline form that is a deeper rose pink, clearer, and tends not to have the white inclusions found in the massive forms. With a hardness of 3 on the Mohs scale of 10 (diamond scoring a 10), you'll want to take care of this piece.
